Cheese Cake Parfait

  • 250g Made With Plants Original Cream Cheese
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
To Serve

  • 250 grams strawberries, diced
  • 125g blueberries, rinsed
  • 1 packet Woolworths Free From Scotch Fingers, crushed


  • In a small mixing bowl add the cream cheese, lemon juice and maple syrup. Whisk together until well combined and creamy.
  • To serve, layer cream cheese, strawberries, blueberries and crushed scotch fingers in a serving glass. Serve immediately.
