There’s nothing heartier than a baked sweet potato and our yummy dairy free sour cream! Check out this simple, incredibly tasty recipe:




  • Sweet Potatoes (one per person)
  • Made With Plants Thickened Cream
  • Vegan Butter to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Chopped fresh shallots
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Avocado sliced
  • Pepitas


1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Scrub the sweet potatoes before slicing the top into an ‘X’ to make sure the yummy insides bake through.
3. Leave them in the oven until fork-tender, or about 50 to 60 minutes.
4. Once ready, open up the slices and add about 1/2 teaspoon of Vegan Butter and 2 tbsp of Made With Plants Thickened Cream (or more if you’re feeling frisky!) for each potato.
5. Season with salt and pepper and your chopped shallots, tomatoes, avocado and pepitas.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy this delicious winter dish.
